A fixed price, agreed before we start.
Project work is scoped to your asset, and license pricing is fixed: we will email you all of it. Send us imagery of 1 ha first and we will return the full deliverable set on it at no charge.

The model
Two ways to buy.
The pilot answers one question: what HALO AI finds on your pavement, at a fixed price, on one real site. The license answers the next one: what it costs to keep doing that, every month you have work.
1. Pilot Inspection Program
One site, one runway, or one corridor, at a fixed price against deliverables we specify in writing: the ASTM PCI with the deduct math shown, the defect map, the quantities table, the digital twin. Analysis lands within 24 hours of imagery upload. The full pilot fee is credited against an annual license if you continue.
2. Monthly or annual license
The platform itself, billed monthly or annually. One tier fits a single operator, one fits a firm with a team and several sites open at once, and larger portfolios are scoped individually. Seats, processing volume, twin hosting, and support are all inside the one price: an owner takes one number into a capital planning cycle, and a service provider knows what a site costs before the proposal goes out.

Three terms carry every engagement. One is free, one applies once, and one never expires.
Your first paid project with us is refundable in full, at your discretion. It applies once.

Engineer-Verified QA Early Access
A civil engineer reviews and signs off the defect classifications and the PCI calculations, on top of the automated quality checks every dataset already passes. Add it where the number has to carry a signature into a design set, a tender, or a claim file.
Private deployment (on request)
HALO AI runs as a secure cloud platform. For large, security-sensitive organizations, private deployment options are available on request and priced against the license. See deployment.
Capture services via certified partners
If you don't fly yourself, we can arrange imagery capture through certified partners, so what you receive is the finished deliverable set, from capture to report.

Pricing questions.
License pricing is fixed, and we will email you the whole of it on request. Project work depends on area, network length, deliverables, and deployment, so one number posted here would overcharge small jobs and underquote large ones. Ask for the license pricing.
Yes. Send us a link to an orthomosaic of 1 ha of an asset you own or manage, at 5 mm/px or finer. Within 24 hours we confirm the capture is valid and put it into analysis, then return the full deliverable set on it at no charge: the ASTM PCI with the deduct math printed, the defect map, the measured quantities, and the digital twin.
Everything you paid us for it. The refund is at your discretion, you do not have to justify it, and it applies once, to that first project.
You don't pay for it. Before any project starts we agree the deliverables in writing: the area, the standard, the outputs. If what we deliver does not match that specification, the work is free. This term is separate from the first-project guarantee above and it does not expire.
Not by default. HALO AI is the analysis platform, and many clients capture their own imagery with the drones they already fly. If you don't fly yourself, we can arrange capture through certified partners as an add-on, so you receive the finished deliverable set, from capture to report.
Multi-year agreements are available for owners and agencies with recurring networks, typically structured on top of the annual license with committed volume. Terms depend on scope and portfolio size. Talk to us about a multi-year structure for your network.
