What the survey shows.
Every distress, traced and on the map.
Every detected distress is traced at pixel level and measured, then placed on the map by type and severity. Click a section and it shows what was found in it, and the Pavement Condition Index it earned from 100% of the imaged surface.
Where the number comes from.
Each section carries its distress densities, its deduct values, and the maximum corrected deduct value that sets its PCI. Your engineer can follow that chain by hand and land on the same number. That is what an auditor, a budget committee, or a bid reviewer needs from a condition score.
