Fadron at the South East European Innovators Challenge
Fadron was proud to represent Sofia Tech Park at the South East European Innovators Challenge (SEEIC), an international event gathering leading innovators, research centers, and technology companies from across Southeastern Europe.
The event brought together participants from Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, and Montenegro. It featured technology park representatives, investors, and high-level guests from European innovation networks, all focused on advancing collaboration and accelerating the regional transition toward high-tech, sustainable industries.
As part of Sofia Tech Park’s SEEIP program, Fadron showcased its UAV and autonomy technologies for infrastructure inspection, mapping, and dual-use applications. Our team presented real-world examples of how Fadron’s drones and AI-powered software help digitize and monitor critical assets such as roads, airports, and energy infrastructure.
During the event, we took part in discussions on how innovation hubs across Southeastern Europe can work together to create a stronger, interconnected ecosystem for technology and entrepreneurship. Fadron’s participation highlighted how dual-use drone technologies can serve both civil and defence applications, bringing efficiency and situational awareness where it matters most.
Representing Sofia Tech Park also gave us the opportunity to connect with other innovation leaders in the region and explore new avenues for cooperation in research, manufacturing, and data-driven operations.
The South East European Innovators Challenge was more than just a competition — it was a powerful demonstration of how regional partnerships can drive the next wave of European innovation. For Fadron, it reaffirmed our commitment to building advanced aerial technologies that support both local and international collaboration.
